Can I Cancel My Order?

Because of some reasons, customers would like to cancel their order after payment. For this issue, please check our policy as followings:

-Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.

-Order cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.( 7% transaction fee needs to be deducted, please understand that this is a fee due to the transaction, not charged by us)

-Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.

-Cancellation within 72 to 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price and the full shipping cost.

-Cancellation beyond 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

-Once your order has been shipped,it can no longer be cancelled.

About Exchange:
1. If your product is standard size. You want to change a size, we accept exchanges, you need to pay for the back and forth shipping fee. We receive the returned product and will ship the new product for you immediately. Note: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
2. If your product is custom size. If you want to exchange or return it to let us fix the size, we will provide you with free fix service, you need to pay for the back and forth shipping fee. Note: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

About Return:
What kinds of condition can be returned?
1. If return problem is caused by us, we accept return and refund you in full. Please check the followings to know more:
If you received a damaged product, we accept return;
If the product you received is not the color you ordered, we accept return; (Color may vary by different monitors, so a little color deviation is normal.)
If the product you received is not the size you ordered, we accept return. (1-3 centimeters difference is normal, we do not accept return)
Notice:
(1). Return request will not be accepted by personal preference.
(2). Custom sizes, custom style and custom color can not be returned, because it is custom made for you.

 

We realize that it is difficult to purchase a dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. So please read the return policy:

Return

All dresses made by hand work, although we can’t be careful, there might be some small problems which we can’t be totally avoided, Because each dress is hand-made, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive. If you request 100% same as the picture, please don't make payment. I am sorry for it. but take it easy, if there are our problems to make dresses wrong size, color, style, you will get full payment back!If it is because of your reasons, you need to take some responsibility.Hope you can understand.

For custom and plus size order, sorry we can't accept returning, please note this policy, because even they returned, we can't sell them again in the future.
For standard size dress in picture color,Since the return shipping would be too expensive, we highly suggest you choose size carefully. Please double check our size chart and order the correct size.

For accessories, we do not accept return. Please note accessories are final sale.

We will accept returns if there are quality problems, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free alternation. And we do not accept return for try-order. If you just need one dress, please DO NOT order more than one dress and return other dresses you do not like. Because all dresses are made after payment, we can hardly sell it again even they are returned.

If there is obvious quality problem with the dress, such as large dirt, broken or defects surface, please send us clear pictures within 7 days since you receive the dress. We can solve this thing together . 

Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we cannot guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see. And the same color but different fabric must has chromatic aberration, so if you asked us to return money back just because chromatic aberration, we will not accept.

Please carefully follow our guide: 

1. Contact us within 2 days after you receive the items. You must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.

2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc. 

3,Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange. Note: We do not have prepaid shipping labels, different websites have different policies. We will not pay your shipping fee to us,Please understand that.Thank you

4.The shipping method that we used for you then when you ship it back you must use the same one. If we ship the dress to you by DHL/FEDEX/ UPS then you need to use the DHL/FEDEX/UPS .Please understand it .

5,Just quality problems or size mistake, we accept returning. 

6,  Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors. 

7. Please fold the dress inside out. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code(your order number ) issued. 

8. Item must be returned in 2-7 days upon delivery date. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise we will refuse the return. We only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our approval.  If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service and obtain an up-to-date return address by contacting us. Any returns not approved by us will not be eligible for any refund or exchange. Note: Usually the address on the package is not our return address.

9. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service.  

10. If your order is an expedited order/rush order, we deliver it to your address within the agreed time, and you will also receive the goods in time, when you return the item, we will not refund your rush fee, because we surround your dress time and energy have been put in, our team worked overtime and stayed up late in order to rush to make your dress, please understand, thank you


Due to COVID19, most shipping carriers may delay. This delay is out of our control. We are not responsible for this delay. We suggest you buy much earlier before your event date.

In addition, due to the Covid-19, the cost of international shipping may increase. We recommend that you first know the international shipping cost of the city you live in, In order to avoid the expensive shipping fee when you want to return the goods to us. Expensive international shipping costs are out of our control and we will not be responsible for them.
