We realize that it is difficult to purchase a dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and utmost concern. We wish to create a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience for you. Before you place the order, highly suggest you refer to our size chart and measurement guides to choose your correct size or color. Do not waste any time on return. All our dresses are true to size chart. If standard size does not suit you, you can also choose our custom size service, which is for free.

Return Policy:

If you purchase goods through the BlingDress website, you have the right to return the goods within 7 days from the date of receipt, but the following conditions must be met:

1)The returned goods should be unused and still in good condition and completely packaged (including the disposable sealed packaging that is not damaged).After you received your item, please check it right way, and try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

2)You should return the product and its accessories (if any), original packaging, original documents, and all gifts (if any).

We do not accept returns for the following situations:

  1. For custom and plus size orders, sorry we cannot accept returns, please pay attention to this policy, because even if you return them, we cannot sell them again in the future. For standard size dresses in the pictured colors, we strongly recommend that you select your size carefully as return shipping is too expensive. Please check our size chart carefully and order the correct size. ​
  2. Customized sizes, custom styles and custom colors cannot be returned because it is customized for you.
  3. We do not accept returns of multiple items at the same time. We do not accept returns on purchases of two or three or more products to try on and only require one, the rest can be returned. If you only need one item of clothing, please do not order more than one item and return the others you don't like. Because all clothes are made after payment, it is difficult to sell them again even if they are returned.
  4. We do not accept any returns if our products are used or damaged.

Return Process:

1) If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please send an email to

After you receive the item, please inspect it properly and try it on as soon as possible without removing tags, altering or washing the garment. We have plenty of time for you to make sure the item is well made and fits you!

2) Please include your order number and explain why you want to return the item and attach a photo or video. (Such as damaged goods, poor quality, incorrect size, style, color, etc.)

3) Once customer service approves your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. NOTE: Sometimes the address on the package is not our actual return address. Please wait for customer service to send you the latest return address. ​

PS: All returned items must be brand new, unused, with original tags and packaging and free of any fragrance. Otherwise we cannot refund. ​

4) Once our factory receives your return, our staff will confirm that the product and its accessories (if any) are in good condition. If the gifts (if any) are complete, we will process the refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be made back to the payment instrument or card you selected to place your order. If you fail to return accessories (if any) and gifts (if any), we reserve the right to deduct the market value of the accessories and gifts from the price you paid.

PS: If your order is a rush order, we will deliver it to your address within the agreed time, and you will receive the goods in time. When you return the item, we will not refund your rush fee. Because we have invested time and energy in your outfit, our team worked overtime and stayed up late to rush to make your outfit. Please understand, thank you.

5) As for the return shipping fee, you need to pay it yourself. NOTE: We do not have prepaid shipping labels, different sites have different policies. We will not pay your shipping costs to us, please understand. Thanks

Ps: International shipping costs may increase due to Covid-19. We recommend that you first find out the international shipping rates for the city you live in to avoid paying expensive shipping costs when you want to return your goods to us. Expensive international shipping charges are beyond our control and we will not be held responsible.
